On the evening of January 30th, an Ice Storm Warning was issued for Shelby County and the surrounding areas. The county experienced light snow, freezing rain, and sleet for several days. Despite the inclement weather, these members of #TeamOAC reported to work safely ready to serve the clients. Many packed bags and some stayed a night to provide coverage after their assigned shifts. The Executive Director, Tammy L, set the example for these efforts! She provided transportation to numerous staff to and from work. Maintenance Supervisor James G also assisted.

A special thanks to everyone who came in to work.
