"Best Practices"

A team of OACC employees from several different sectors came together recently to finalize of the “Best Practice” for our Psych Service’s in all OACC cities. 

Psych Services is when the clients see their psychiatrist, behavior data is reviewed and new medication orders are received.

"Psych Services is an important part of the client's needs and healthcare monitoring.  Not all of our clients see a Psychiatrist, but for those who do it is vital to their success" says Charlie Schnell, Director of Professional Services.

The group included all the Program Services Directors in the state, All the Licensed Behavior Analysts, Health Services Directors, Quality improvement, Professional services & Executive Directors.
