Training & Development

In April, the training team met at the OAC Corporate office to share insights, plan strategically, and review practices. A key focus was learning about the new Learning Management System, Relias. The meeting included all four Training Coordinators and the Training and Development Director. The group left inspired to support staff learning and created a Mission Statement aligned with the OAC Mission.
