Courtney decided to do things a little differently for dinner. Courtney created the “Latting Grill” and its menu. She allowed clients to order from the menu along with participating in the process of picking up their own food through the Latting Grill Pick-Up Window.
Some of the rules for the “Latting Grill” were that masks were required, clients had to social distance themselves, and that the correct amount of money (fake money) had to be provided to pay for their food. She exceeded the Core Value that Innovation is Valued.
This was amazing active treatment!
